The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requires new, updated verbiage on the required  "Notice of Privacy Practices." 

The new wording is required to be utilized on all such forms since February 16, 2026.

by the State of Michigan on May 7, 2025.

The live, in-person C.E. requirement has been reduced from 15 hours down to

10 hours;  the "Performance and Ordering of Tests" requirement has been eliminiated; 

P.A.C.E. approved courses are now accepted for Michigan Continuing Education.
